We’re proud of the powerful screening tool we’ve worked with many of you to develop, and excited by the results that our customers are seeing. However, we know that many organizations are still using red flag lists, also known as trigger word lists or critical symptom lists. Those lists are simply not safe for prioritizing calls and we want to help.
